Other factories run their metering packing machines for a full year without a single adjustment but yours needs recalibration every few days. What's the difference?

Same metering packing machineand materialbut some factories maintain rock-solid weighing accuracy all year round, while others are constantly adjusting the scale, cleaning out material and replacing sensors. The machines are all the same brand,so where does the difference come from?

Difference No.1: They isolated vibration, You didn't

The load cell in a metering packing machine is extremely sensitive. Even the tiniest vibrations from surrounding equipment are "faithfully recorded" by the sensor. Other factories place their machines on vibration-damping pads or independent isolation bases, keeping environmental vibration out. On the other hand, Your factoryset the machine directly on the concrete floor, right next to high-speed mixers and crushers running all day. By the end of the day, who can tell how much of the signal the sensor picks up is actual material weightand how much is just floor vibration?

Difference No.2: They checked for static electricity, You didn't

Ultra-fine powders generate static charge as they move through the conveying system. These charged particles stick to the weighing pan and hopper walls. Other factories use a static meter to verify proper grounding before every startup and they install static eliminators at the feed inlet. Your factory has never even measured static, you just notice the powder "jumping" on the weighing pan occasionally and have no idea why. Over time, the powder clinging to the walls keeps building up and a portion of each batch stubbornly stays behind instead of dropping out. Naturally, your weighing accuracy gets worse day by day.

Difference No.3: They controlled temperature, You didn't

Load cells are sensitive to temperature changes. Other factories place their metering packing machines well away from air conditioner vents and heat sources. Your factory, for the sake of operator convenience, put the machine right under the A/C unit. Every time the air conditioner cycles on and off, cold air blows directly onto the weighing pan, and the sensor readings fluctuate unpredictably. While you're still busy calibrating over and over, they're already running steady, uninterrupted production.
