Isolation Feeding Station

Isolation Feeding Station

Details

This equipment utilizes closed glovebox operation technology to achieve fully protected feeding with zero contact between operators and materials. The feeding station can be cleaned and purged in place. Dust collected by the integrated dust removal device is discharged directly into the reactor. Designed for pharmaceutical and chemical applications, this unit ensures operator safety and product containment during bag dumping operations. Model XGIF-R offers a processing capacity of 60 bags per hour with compact dimensions and a weight of 110 kg.

Technical Specification:

Core Advantages

The entire feeding process ensures zero contact between operators and materials.

The feeding station supports in-place washing and purging for easy cleaning.

Dust collected by the dust removal device is discharged directly into the reactor.

Product Features

This station features a sealed glovebox design, operator-material isolation during feeding, in-place washing and purging capability, and direct dust discharge into the connected reactor.

Product Applications

Designed for contained feeding, this equipment is suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical industries where operator protection and dust containment are critical.

Precautions

FAQ

Q: Can the gloves be replaced if they are damaged?

A: Yes. The gloves are designed as replaceable components. Standardreplacement procedures allow quick replacement without disassembling the entire unit.

Q: Does the in-place washing system clean every internal surface?

A: Of course. The CIP nozzles are positioned to reach all internal surfaces including the glovebox interior, dust filter housing, and discharge chute.

Q: What type of purge gas is recommended after washing?

A: Clean compressed air is suitable for most materials. For moisture-sensitive or reactive powders, nitrogen purge is recommended.
